Learn French> Montreal Homestay/Residence
2008 Summer Teen Homestay/Residence Program - Montreal, Canada
Location Set on an island in the St. Lawrence River, Montreal is a city where French and English cultures meet and mingle. It has an extremely attractive city centre, ideal for walking, featuring the largest number of 17-19th century buildings in North America. Course The program offers a perfect blend of French immersion lessons with a rich and varied afternoon leisure program that includes sports and cultural activities as well as excursions to many fascinating places of interest in and around Montreal. If you are staying in a Homestay you can join optional evening and weekend activities or spend time getting to know your French host family. If you are staying in the Residence you are automatically enrolled in the evening and weekend activities, giving you a great change to experience, first hand, the wonderfully unique Quebec culture! Accommodation Homestay Accommodation is a single room in a homestay and includes 3 meals per day. The family may host other students from the same program but the school will ensure that there is a good cultural mix of students in the house.
