Supervision level

The supervision level for this program is MEDIUM.  This program is intended teens who are comfortable with a certain amount of independence.  Students are accompanied by school staff during class time and on school-organized activities. 

Please note:
This program is officially open to 13 to 17 year olds, however, due to the level of supervision and the evening curfew, we feel it is best suited to students between the ages of 15 and 17. 

The following curfew applies to all students:

1) Students 13 to 15 years of age will not be allowed to leave their homestay or go out unchaperoned in the evening

2) Students 16 to 17 can go out unchaperoned in the evening with parental permission and so long as they respect the following curfew: Sunday to Thursday 24:00; Friday and Saturday 1:30.

Host families will enforce these curfews and students are expected to respect them at all times. If students are not behaving in a manner considered acceptable for their age it could result in expulsion from the program without refund.   Please call us toll-free on 1 888 386 1411 if you have any questions.

Note for parents
