Supervision level for Beijing, China

The supervision level for this program is LOW. 

This program is intended for the mature teen who is comfortable with a fair amount of independence.  Students are accompanied by school staff during class time or on school-organized activities.  At all other times they are free to explore Beijing and the surrounding areas by themselves or with friends (recommended as its more fun!).  

If students are not behaving in a manner considered acceptable for their age, they will be reported to the school staff and this could result in expulsion from the program without refund.   For more information please contact us toll-free on 1 888 386 1411.

Note for parents

While there is no formal curfew for this program, you may ask the host family to enforce a specific curfew for weeknights and/or for weekends. If you choose to do this, we ask that the curfew(s) you set reflect that fact that this program is intended for mature and independent teens.
