Payment Options

Deposit

A deposit of $300 (US or CAD) is due at the time of application and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer*.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 45 days prior to the program start date and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer*. For bookings within 45 days of the program start date full payment is due at the time of application and is payable by credit card.

Paying by Installments

We are more than happy to support paying for your program by installments so long as the last installment is received no later than 45 days prior to the program start date. Installments are payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer*.

*All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Any wire transfer fees levied against The Learning Traveller will be added to your program invoice. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any program. Failure to pay fees in full could result in the program being cancelled without refund (please see our Terms and Conditions for details).
