Payment Options

Deposit

A deposit of $300 (CDN$ or US$) is due at the time of application and is payable by check, money order, or wire transfer*.

Final Payment

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the program start date and is payable by check, money order, wire transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). For bookings within 60 days of the program start date full payment is due at the time of application and is payable by check, money order, wire transfer* or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Paying by Installments

We are more than happy to support paying for your program by installments so long as the last installment is received no later than 60 days prior to the program start date. Please note: installments are payable by check or money order only.

*All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Any wire transfer fees levied against The Learning Traveller will be added to your program invoice. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any program. Failure to pay fees in full could result in the program being cancelled without refund (please see our Terms and Conditions for details).

Savings Tip: Tell us at the time of booking that you would like to pay by check or money order and we'll give you a discount of 4% on your total program fees!
