2011 US Prices - Berlin Gap Year Program

Prices:

All prices are in US$ unless otherwise stated.

*The homestay options include arrival and departure airport transfers

A = apartment accomodation

HS = homestay accommodation

RES = residence accommodation

SR = single room

SC = self-cater (no meals provided)

BB = breakfast only

HB = half-board (breakfast and dinner)

Additional costs:

• Travel to and from Berlin
• If applicable, airport pick up and drop off $70 each way
• Refundable security deposit for students staying in residence of 100€
• Pocket money: We recommend that you allow for 100€ to 130€ per week for optional activities and excursions that are not part of the standard program
• Meals; for students who choose the breakfast only option, we recommend that you allow for 5€ to 8€ per lunch and 8€ to 15€ per dinner; for students who choose half-board (breakfast and dinner), please allow for 5€ to 8€ per lunch
• Entry visa if required

Payment details:

A $300 per person non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. The remaining amount is due 45 days prior to departure and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer.
