2011 Prices -Barcelona Gap Year Program

All prices are in US$ unless otherwise stated.

APT = single room in shared apartment

RES = shared room in residence (only available from June 19 - September 10)

HS = single room in homestay

BB = breakfast only

HB = half-board (breakfast and dinner)

Additional costs:

• Travel to and from Barcelona
• Airport pick-up and/or drop-off from Barcelona airport: $105 per person/per transfer
• Travel Medical Insurance: $30 per week (a discount applies after 8 weeks)
• Pocket money: We recommend that you allow for 100€ to 130€ per week for optional activities and excursions that not part of the standard program
• Meals; for students who choose the breakfast only option, we recommend that you allow for 5€ to 8€ per lunch and 8€ to 15€ per dinner; for students who choose half-board (breakfast and dinner), please allow for 5€ to 8€ per lunch
• Entry visa if required

Payment details:

A $300 per person non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. The remaining amount is due 45 days prior to departure and is payable by check, credit card, money order or wire transfer.
