What airport should I arrive to?

For the Beijing 50 Plus Language Learning Holiday program, you should arrive to the Beijing Capital International Airport where you will be met by a school chaperone in the arrival's hall.  You will be taken to the school to meet the Course Director, collect your welcome package and then taken to your host family.

When should I arrive?

You should plan to arrive on a Sunday, ideally before 3:00 PM and depart on a Saturday, ideally before 12:00 PM. For flights from the US/Canada this means leaving the US/Canada on a Saturday and flying overnight for a Sunday arrival in China.

How can I get to Beijing from the US/Canada?

There are direct flights between the US/Canada and Beijing Capital International Airport. Here is a partial list of airlines (this list is by no means comprehensive so check with your travel agent for additional options):

The Beijing 50 Plus Language Learning Holiday Program starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday.  We cannot guarantee accommodation availability for arrivals before Sunday or departures after Saturday. Please call us toll-free on 1 888 386 1411 if you are having trouble getting flights for the required days/times.
